Accommodation rules and policies
- No parties, events or loud music.
- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00.
- Children must be supervised near the pool.
Guests must respect the villa, the neighbours and the quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00. Parties, events, loud music and extra unregistered guests are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. It is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
Children are welcome, but must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the private swimming pool. There is no lifeguard on duty and pool use is at guests’ own responsibility. Glass items are not allowed around the pool area.
Please keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is operating and switch off lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving the villa.
Pets are not allowed, unless confirmed in writing before arrival.
