By completing a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and accepted the following accommodation terms:

The property is exclusively for adults and can accommodate a maximum of two guests. Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at or enter the apartment. Unregistered visitors and additional overnight guests are not allowed.

Check-in and check-out must take place according to the times stated in the booking confirmation. Guests may be required to present a valid identification document upon arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Parties, events, loud music and any activity that may disturb neighbours are not permitted. Guests are kindly requested to respect the building, the surrounding residential area and the quiet hours in force.

The apartment, furniture, appliances and equipment must be used responsibly. Any damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during the stay may be charged to the guest. Guests must report any damage or technical issue as soon as possible.

Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided. Guests are requested to switch off the air conditioning, lights and electrical appliances whenever they leave the apartment and to keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating.

The mandatory cleaning fee is included in the total reservation cost, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee or any other legally required local accommodation tax is not included and must be paid separately, where applicable.

Pets are not permitted unless confirmed in writing before arrival. The property is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left inside the apartment.

Guests must return all keys upon departure. Lost or damaged keys may result in an additional replacement charge.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.
